      I think it is probably grass – it’s everywhere! There are over 9000 species of grass, from the type we have in our gardens, to the rice, wheat and corn that we use as food. Grasses do so well because they are so stubborn… you can freeze them, scorch them, eat the top off and they just keep on growing!
