      We need oxygen to live because we need oxygen to produce energy. The oxygen you breathe goes into your blood, where the red blood cells transport it to all the different cells in your body. If your cells don’t get enough oxygen they won’t have any energy, so they will die. When your cells start dying you’ll start dying too, so keep breathing!
