      Hey Arianna,

      That’s a really good question!
      By healthier, I mean both – the food choices we individuals make need to be healthier, but we also need to make the healthier options more available to us!

      In our current food system, healthier food is often more expensive than unhealthy food. This needs to be changed, so that the healthy option becomes the cheaper option.

      We also need to be more aware of what is healthy and unhealthy. For example, low-fat products may sound like the healthier option, but often they put so much sugar in there that the full-fat option is actually healthier for you!
