      I spend as much time outside with my dog as I can, either walking, hiking or running.

      I like to get some fresh air – so out on a long walk (sometimes up a mountain) or for a run. I can quite happily spend hours in the garden , planting things or tidying things up. I go to the gym a fair bit too (but I eat a lot so I don’t look any better for it!). Sometimes I just collapse in a chair and watch a film!
