I became a vegetarian in January and I’ve been eating lots of different foods for the last year. I’ve eaten a lot of cheese and I still love it. I just drink a lot of water to be honest and occasionally something a bit stronger………like tea.
Like Brendan, I am also a vegetarian! I make a very good vegetarian sausage casserole. But tonight for dinner is pizza! Drinks wise, I drink much more hot chocolate than coffee 🙂
Lots of stuff …. there’s not much I don’t like actually ( celery is all I can think of at the moment!) My favourite meal is curry. Unlike the other two guys I’d really struggle to be a veggie – I like meat too much!

I’m on a pretty strange diet called a ‘ketogenic’ diet, basically very little carbohydrate (so no potatoes, rice, bread, sugar etc) and I get a lot of my energy from healthy fats.
I have epilepsy and this diet can be used to control seizures – there are lots of types of medicine but they didn’t work for me. It’s pretty amazing how powerful a good diet can be!
I eat loads of vegetables, and I have a couple of days a week without meat. I get through a lot of nut butter and I love a nice herbal tea!
