      2 things. The first is all of the super interesting people who are doing other super interesting science that I get to talk to on a daily basis. It’s so fun finding out about how their experiments are going, what things they are up to and what new things they have discovered. And the second is talking to people about science…. you guys!

      Discovering new things! And doing it for a good cause – I hope that my research will contribute a little bit towards helping food security in the future 🙂

      Learning new stuff, and finding out that what people thought was right was actually wrong and you can see why. Understanding how things work.

      Same as the others really – it’s about finding out new things and using my knowledge to better understand the world around us and to help people.
