• Question: Why did you choose this job over all the other ones out there?

      Hiya,
      I chose this job because it ties together a lot of my different interests! I have been interested in how we can boost our health through our diet for a long time, and I’m also really passionate about the environment.

      After doing some research I learned that there are two big problems with our food system:
      1) a lot of the food we are eating in the UK is making people less healthy, and 2) the food we make is hurting our environment.

      My job allows me to make a difference by helping decision-makers (politicians) understand how they can fix these two problems.
